Hotmart Company announces that, after 14 years serving as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Mateus Bicalho will transition to a new role as a member of the company’s Board of Directors, effective October 2025. In this new capacity, he will bring significant value, leveraging his deep expertise in the Creator Economy and extensive experience in leading Hotmart’s operations.

A transition process is currently underway, and a new operations leader will be announced soon. This change has been carefully planned over the past several months, in alignment with Hotmart’s strategic objectives and the natural evolution of Bicalho’s professional journey.

As a co-founder of Hotmart Company, Bicalho has played a pivotal role in establishing Hotmart as one of Brazil’s leading technology companies and a global benchmark in the Creator Economy. His contributions have been especially impactful in driving the company’s international expansion and in building its Tech & Data infrastructure, leaving a lasting legacy for Hotmart’s continued growth

João Pedro Resende remains CEO of Hotmart, which in 2025 will continue to focus on the development of AI-powered solutions and the acceleration of its global presence.
